  The staff were excellent, especially as they were unable to find our booking which we made through letsbookhotel.com. They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked. The rooms were very clean and we had an excellent view over Birmingham.   I recently stayed at the New Hall hotel and spa as a birthday present for my partner and, the overall stay in the hotel was truly fantastic, the hotel itself is picture perfect, room was amazing and although the food was expensive it was well worth it.   The Attitude of the staff was excellent, I was going to write a letter to you to say this. we were very pleasantly surprised with the Hotel and will definately use Holiday Inn again for any future trips - The hotel was light and modern. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast choice was very good Staff polite and eficient.

  Fitness/gym facilities and pool. All staff very friendly and helpful - It was good to find a hotel with a decent size sauna, swimming pool, steam room and a jacquzzi, all of which worked and were clean. The changing room were very very good for this type of hotel
