My husband and I would like to compliment the hotel on the standard of service received from the staff. In particular we would to thank Patrick Walsh, from the restaurant, for his efficient and friendly manner. Even though he was extremely busy, it never affected the service he provided. We hope the hotel passes on our thanks to Patrick and finds a way of rewarding his efforts.

The warm welcome by the efficent staff the food was good the facilitiesprovided by the hotel - Really enjoyed my stay at the village hotel - the staff were friendly and willing to help. The leisure facilities were great, lovely steam room and jacuzzi. I would definitely stay there again.

Ican remember when you were standing 6 deep to get served for lunch soplease get it right again also I dont know weather its the credit crunchbut little things that show good touches are missing like night drinksbiscuites you might not use them but they were there if needed and itslittle touches that count - friendliness of staff. lovely room. good

Everything you need for a short stop is within the complex - spa treatments and nicely decorated facilities, an excellent Indian restaurant and courteous staff. Fitness/gym facilities and pool. All staff very friendly and helpful - It was good to find a hotel with a decent size sauna, swimming pool, steam room and a jacquzzi, all of which worked and were clean. The changing room were very very good for this type of hotel

We were there to hold a black tie celebration party for my son's 21st. Everything was superb. The venue room was ideal and freshly decorated. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Salle de sport très bien équipée - Really enjoyed breakfast ,as our stay was very short we did not have time ti use leisure centre but heard it was very good - stay at the copthorne hotel merry hill 4or 5 times a year, always a good stay.

Stayed there 4 times staff extremely helpful, no problems with noise, room extremely comfortable, breakfast excellent - wouldn't stay anywhere else when in West Midlands. - The golf next to hotel,the staff excellent and very helpfull.The hotel is near all motorways.The food was good.
