Corner room with great view of city. So well located that I could easily pop out and back in quickly (was freezing out). Staff were great and cheerful and always stopped what they were doing to say "welcome back" each time I came back to the hotel. Breakfast was great and never felt overly busy.

Perfect location for visiting NYC! Right around the corner from Time's Square, Macy's and Bryant Park. There is a Deli across the street that stays open 24 hours. Nice breakfast and comfy rooms.

Elevators are slow (I understand the hotel was full at that time). Check in very late (4.p.m)it should be like the others hotels at midday!! But those items don't ruined my stayed that was perfect!!

Perfect location for all that we planned to do - close to subway transportation, walking distance to Times Square area and bus/train terminals. We'll definitely go back to stay.

I stayed two weeks including Thanks Giving and Black Friday weekend and we really enjoyed very much the hosting, team attitude, atmosphere, location. Price is high but it's the city, u know.

Add some vegetables to your breakfast, it's not so expensive for Marriott chain, specially with the price we pay u.

No Restaurant. No tables to sit for breakfast. Service at the bar during the night was poor. Concierge was not helpful (with Restaurants, attractions, museum, transportation- subway, buses, taxis). No or too few bellmen.

Jack hammer started at 430am at a construction site right next to hotel. I should have been informed prior that it was a possibility to lose sleep from construction noise.

I guess If I had to be picky I'd say that some of the furniture was a bit dated, maybe in the bathroom, but nothing to complain about.

The location was excellent. Within short walking distance to Bryant Park, Grand Central, 5th Ave, The Empire State building and Times Square. The breakfast was included and there was a good variety of breakfast foods offered. Large room with kitchen area and free internet access.

The construction site next door. It was very noisy from about midnight until 2am and then it started again at 4am! Maybe a room on a higher level, or at the front of the building might have been better?! If I had been staying longer than two nights, I would have probably asked for another room.

We recently stayed a week and was very happy with everything. The service was fantastic and breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning!

Great location and great view from higher floors. Minutes away from Times Square, Broadway, Empire States, Roof Bars etc. You can even easily walk to Central Park and Natural History Museum. On time room cleaning consecutive 8 days. Free wifi. I enjoyed every moment.

Don't let negative comments here deter you. Great hotel. Breakfast could have been richer.

The hotel was close to everything. Rate included breakfast. Staff were good.

There were private functions everynight of our stay which stopped us going to the bar. The price quoted on letsbookhotel.com didnt include other charges this hotel adds. These are room tax, occupancy tax and city tax. As we couldn't use all the facilities I was very disappointed. The internet connection was poor and on our last day we had no internet or TV.

Be aware that there was a crowd from 9:15 am in the morning on weekends for both the brunch and elevator making it more time consuming than you would expect to get up and down or to get breakfast. The rest of the week was no problem.

The rooms are specious with Sofa/bed. It's convenient location as well to go shopping or to go to times square. Breakfast is nice. It's better to be little early for the breakfast than late. Staff is cordial.
