The staff was amazing Cyrus and Andrew at reception were very helpful and kind, staff was always speedy in processing any requests we made and the fact that there's a 24/7 supermarket downstairs that provides delivery to your room was a pleasant and added bonus. The apartments are spacious and organized and the view was spectacular. Our stay at Nassima was "A home away from home" Thank you.
all reviews » The stuff where very nice (world class) and the rooms where kept very clean all the time. Furniture is nice and almost new. what ever extra we asked through the phone was delivered in a blink of an eye. cant ask for better. Very nice and comfort place to stay. Friendly staff and helpful. I like the car parking service. I book for one bed room apartment and they upgrade me to two rooms apartment for free. It was a pleasant stay, only missing point- no restaurant, always had to go other place for breakfast- especially with a child it was not very convenient. The one bedroom apartment was very large, spacious and comfortable and has all you need. Spacious apartment, perfect location near the exhibition center at walking distance. Dish washer wasn't working, lack of kitchen elements... Staff was very poor, they charged my credit card at 2pm and only gave me my room at 7pm, breakfast charges were very very very expensive and not worth it at all, housekeeping kept disturbing us even though we put the 'do not disturb' sign, very poor staff. Overpriced Internet and breakfast was not included in the price. Expensive. Dishes were not washed nor washing soap provided. A big problem if staying for a few days. Many visiting escort girls as most hotels in dubai. - Access to the hotel - Checking in process - Cleaness of the furniture - No mini bar. I did not like the reception staff when they delayed the room while it is not occupied. Air condition was so bad. It was not clean and house keeper didn't clean very well. The rooms doors without lock key and doors of cupboards were broken. the towels provided to our suite were old and even some had holes!!. Nothing. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable,. cleanness is not good. Should be classified as apartments NOT hotel apartment. The room had a bad smell and it was not super clean. poor tv chanels + old furniture. No free internet. Room service is really bad. Please need to clean the rooms specially toilet and kitchen stuff.
