People, very friendly. The room was small but the bed was comfortble. Breakfast is included in the price you pay when booking. It's 5 minutes walking from Victoria station. The receptionist was helpful and friendly....a pity that everything after him was atrocious!. sex...and the wierd old guy that showed us our room. They know abut the booking. Staff were friendly. Nothing -- it was so horrible I checked out early. The location. Nothing! Room dirty without bathrrom although Booking’s websiteindicateS a bathroom in the room! The room was not cleaned once during 3days! The courtyard in front of our room (ground floor) was filled withhair, crap and glasses from a broken window! We waited for the managerfor 3 days without -of course- having the chance to ask for some moneyback due to the very poor quality of the hotel!. Location. The room was extremely small. The bathroom is very little, but clean and refurbished. The breakfast room is so little and the all passangers not fit in it. It´s necessary to wait but at 9:00 am the breakfast room is closed. The breakfast is bread, butter and jam, coffee, tea and milk, and corn flakes.Miniature room, miniature shower-room, draught from the window (cannotimagine if it was freezing cold outside). It was very, very dirty in our room. Nobody hasn't even vacumed sincewe arrived. Disaster. Our room was near to the emergency exit, whichcouldn't be closed and it was still banging. Enormous dirt on themain corridor,. Smell that came from bathroom. The room was smaller than I expected and my room was the ground floor so quite noisy sound from outside and room pictures are not same as I saw the website.It was the smallest room ever I have stayed in my life. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe as my head was reasting nearly next to the doors. Small room, toilet and shower in a cupboard - tiny! No selection forbreakfast - just ate toast. Lots of narrow stairsway even on the samelevel - would not recommend especially for disabled people or those withheavy luggage.Our room was situated on the bottom floor of the hotel next to the laundry area...we had to close our curtains because hotel staff and cleaners could see right in whilst they were smoking and on breaks, we were woken up by staff slamming the breakfast area doors and talking loudly outside our room - no consideration for guests, the ceiling in our had visible water damage...worst stay ever!. the view...a broken toilet, bench and paint pots outside room, lovely to wake up to in the morning. Many actually, 1. I asked for an iron and when they deliver was not working and could not be replace. 2. Remote control of TV never work. 3. The heating was off and they said that will work in the night and in the night was the same cold like ice. Room was tiny and smelly. Having booked an en-suite they wanted to give us a room with a shower room down a flight of stairs !! Sheets and towels were clean. The shower was blocked so did not smell very nice and the shower head kept falling off. Breakfast was basic (I always thought continental included cheeses and sliced meats). The tea and coffee was luke warm. There was no heat for 3 nights, they allowed builders into my room without notifying me, the builders left a huge mess, there was no electricity when I returned to the room in the afternoon to prepare for an important meeting, the walls were mouldy, the drapes haven't been washed in centuries, walls were so thin I was kept awake all night by my neighbour's snoring.The size of the room, the unfriendliness of the staff, the feeling that I was in a youth hostel paying for prices of a 3-Star hotel. Had to be moved 3 times due to no heating, leaking/flooding. A health hazard and liability. Rooms were filthy. Bathroom smelt foul from the drain. Didnt even want to have the breakfast due to this. TV had poor reception and was fuzzy all night. There must have been 5/6 leads from the TV hanging dangerously underneath. Curtains were hanging off the rail. An unpleasant experience.An appalling place (would not call it 'hotel' or even 'bandb'!) We arrivedand left straight away. The tiny closet - cannot call it a room! - wason the ground floor, window onto the street wide open, with amicroscopic bathroom, peeling paint and nowhere to stand up next to thebed, no wardrobe, literally cardboard door, etc. This hotel should bechecked for health and safety compliance!!!. dirty carpet. no help with my suitcase to second floor.heating very poor, radiator only warm.Everything! Even when we asked for a remote for the tv, it took us 2days to get one! Crappy place where the manager just don't give a s**tabout customer! No cleaning during 3 days and when we asked for cleantowels, it looked like we were asking to see God Itself!.
