The manager was very helpful and did everything he could to assist me. Very good value for money considering it was central London. It is really cheap. Rooms are in need of redecoration. Curtains torn and a little noisy at night. That said a very affordable hotel , clean and staff eager to help.it's ok for staying 1 night but for more than 1, with extra £5 you can find better hotels.
