We liked the whirlpool which was so relaxing :) we had a great time and it was so romantic. The staff prepared the room with petal roses and candles. If we could afford more money we definetely stay more than one nights :) excellent location as it is 10 minutes walk from the lime street train station and 2 minutes walk (or less) from the shopping centre :). We stayed at the themed hotel in Stanley Street, which bathes in an atmosphere of luxury, romance and festivity, also thanks to the themed floors/rooms and the friendly, bubbly staff. We had booked a room in Bold Street, but were upgraded to Stanley Street, so for £60, we had a very spacious room with 3 double beds and a Jacuzzi!.

Cleanliness could not have been better. Having been upgraded from Bold Street to Stanley Street I was pleased with the standard of the facilities and comfort in the room and staff were very friendly and helpful. ..I loved everything about our stay at this hotel, if your after a hotel with a difference this is the one! would deffinately stay again in the new year :). That was fantastic to stay in an apartment like Signature living! We will book it again next time! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did not offer us shampoo and we were not informed about this. Also there was no small fridge in the rooom and the windows did not open. It didn't bother us, but we can imagine the old floorboards can be a bit noisy if there's a group staying in a multi-bedroom apartment above you (f.i. girls with high heels walking up and down). Lack of facilities in my room. No bedside lamp. Could only find one electric socket. No complimentary toiletries. No phone. Therefore no direct contact with reception. The confusion on my arrival at Bold Street, the phone-calls, being relocated further away from my business meeting (despite the better quality of the rooms). Also, the room I had in Stanley Street, although well-appointed was short on complimentaries: no bubble bath (for my jakuzi!), no shampoo, no soap, no coffee (only tea). In rooms of this standard of spec you would expect the extras and they weren't there. Me and my partner hardly slept as the noise from the streets wer just too loud! Double glazing is needed!! We asked the staff if they could move us and they said there's nothing we can do 'we can't turn the noise down' was there responce. People being noisy in the corridors at night. Didn't feel private enough as lockable doors were left open by other quests which made access to our room easy. Booked this appartment for my daughters 18th birthday to have a celebration. Hotel contacted me at 11 o'clock at night telling me to turn music down they were quite aprupd! As I had booked there appartment for a party and they were aware what the occasion was I thought this was unfair. I was also threatened that I would lose my deposit!. had to wait until member staff came to gain entry very noisey in the morning if lone traveller would have felt very isolated in the building.
