What people say
The staff were extremley friendly especially Sharon. We were taken upto our room and everything we could possibly need was there. We were given information about the surrounding area and felt very comfortable and welcome. The rooms are amazing and great for mates or yound couples the history of the place is a must for music fans!!!. The hotel rooms were amazing, great showers and big rooms with everything you would need. One of the guys was staying in the standard double and it wasn't that big. The bar is nice and chilled out and the staff couldn't of been more helpful. Noise wasn't an issue either.all reviews »
Parr street was an excellent experience, the hotel staff were really friendly and accomodating. They made mine and my sisters stay pleasurable. The hotel is fantastic if you are funky/trendy then this is the place to be!. Lovely room and staff were really helpful and friendly. Great location with easy access to town and liked the fact it was part of a recording studio, made it a bit different. Loved the 3345 bar as well.Great room; no complaints whatsoever...Breakfast bar, food selection andcatering 1st class. Liverpool at it's best. Tucked away location 2 minsfrom town. I only stayed for one night but the staff on reception were most welcoming and accommodating. Also the hotel's location was excellent.Excellent.. very clean... staff very friendly.. especially Chris on reception and Carl at the Bar... would defo recommend. Cappuchino in the bars excellent !! Great beds, very styish rooms with good amenities etc...The hotel was situated just a few minutes from the heart of the city which was brilliant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable, well lit and spacious.I loved the relaxed attitude and the very friendly staff.. Couldnt ask for more.. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor was modern and tasteful.the atmosphere, the rooms were really nice and very clean. A great stay!. Excellent decor, location, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. staff, atmosphere, interesting building, lots of space, comfort. Decor, location, friendly and helpful staff. Everything needed for a weekend away. lovely quite hotel.Interesting building and very chic decor. Lots of extras in rooms to make stay feel special. Limited parking available which I hadn't expected at very reasonable cost. Nice bar on first floor open until early hours. three times a week live music but we didn't drop on the right night which was a shame. excellent room, extremely friendly staff, great location... and a picture of The Smiths right next to the reception :-) a great place to stay!. It was a quirky hotel. with lots of charachter but felt very personal. excellent room, environement of hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Easy acces to everything. It was my sisters birthday wknd so we wanted somewhere close the bars/clubs and this hotel is ideal - within easy walking distance of Albert Dock, Concert Square and the City Centre. Plenty of cafes and bars nearby for breakfast the next morning too - lots of parking nearby even though the website says not! Loved the rooms and the decor of the place, staff were dead nice, we had a great wknd!. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. Very central for all city centre amenities. The staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. The room was furnished very well. Friendly staff at reception. Very high standards in the room.Quiet place, room design ,space. Very friendly staff. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are quirky and modern , greatcentral location. the moderness of the hotel. Very unusual and quirky. an interesting concept having a boutique hotel in a recording studio. The studio is used in the evenings so take that into consideration when booking. We wished it had breakfast facilities but the location is good and convenient to see Liverpool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of construction going on in the city now and Parr Street itself is no exception. The room was great. Bed very comfy.Daughter loved the bean bag. Ace bathroom, loved the shower! Hotel close to city centre. Liverpudlian staff were lovely!. Room was clean comfortable and modern. Location easy reach of all amenities.Nice room and facilities. Convenient location. It was more like staying in an up market funky apartment as apposed to a hotel it was great. The hotel is situated into an old industrial building whichmakesit very interesting. friendly staff. The appearence was great. Lovely look and the recording studios meant it was extra funky. Nice, informal atmosphere. Comfy beds. Bright, open bedrooms. No passing traffic.Room was excellent - modern design, well equipped, and comfortable. the receptionist was excellent and helpful (young girl). In close proximity to Cathedral. difficult to find (lack of signs). Reception smart, rooms clean bit noisy,.I liked the size of the room. looks trendy. The best thing about the hotel is the comfy beds! And the rooms were clean. Only downside is theres noise from the bar that can be heard in your room, therefore if you're planning a relaxing trip with an early night this might not be the one to choose. They do advise you of this on arrival though and its really a minor point as we didn't really find it a problem. All the hotel needs is breakfast.... but if you speak to Carl at the bar he can sort something out for you ;-). The front exterior could put some people off staying at this hotel, but when they get into the hotel, they will change their minds !!. The rooms were lovely but very hot. There was some noise from the studio at 11 o'clock at night, bit late for recording considering people would be heading to sleep around that time. The shower was a letdown, it didn't reach the standard of the rest of the room which was very high. I am not sure the room was cleaned on my second morning. Bathroom a bit on the small sides and could do with a makeover. It was noisier than I expected.Noise from the lift and other guests rooms. Don't stay here if you have to get up for work in the morning!. Use essential oils diffusion instead of fragrance diffusion in theroom.Would be healthier. Lack of breakfast. The hotel itself is fine the only negative is it desperately needs aircon in rooms as even with the windows open it was very warm, and it wasa very hot weekend. lack of parking nearby. Our room backed onto a night-club, the noise was horrendous (even with the window shut), went on 'til past 3am Restaurant stopped serving food at 6:45pm,but "unfortunately" we made it just in time! Food was pretty bad! I would definitely recommend eating out. And taking ear-plugs or, go out and join the night-life and don't bother sleeping! I would recommend the hotel to people without kids!!. Very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights from bar in building. Old, noisy lift. Glad I didn't have room beside it! couldn't get power shower to work. Too much illumination thro blinds when front of studios lit up at night. The lift, very old fashioned and very noisy to guests. It would be very good to have a breakfast facicility into the hotel. hard place to find, did not look like a hotel from the outside. Not in a very nice surrounding area. Very difficult to find, even the taxi drivers and the police could not offer me directions. The receptionaist did her best to direct me but as a non driver she struggled. The noise from the surrounding area was excessive. Istayed on Wdnesday nght and the loud music did not stop until 2am, the double glazing fitted inside the original casement windows was ineffective. It was very hot in the room and the window was tiny meaning not much fresh air. The noise contiued till after 5am which didn't matter for us but it would've caused a problem if you wanted a quiet night. The blinds on the window are inadequate, allowing early morning light to stream in. The hotel is on the edge of the bar zone so it could be noisy at the weekend. Having said that, it was very quiet for me on a Monday night.Difficult to find - back street and no sign on building. Bar and restaurant in same building caused noise into the early hours of Sun morning. should be a few more services, places to eat, breakfast..Low soft beds , room airy but very noisy outside . Noise from anoutside fan and lots of bass noise from band playing in adjacent clubHeebie Geebees at all hours, mainly midnight till 3.00a.M. so no sleeptill then. Rooms are advertised as having wireless broadband access. However, the instructions for the wireless network in my room said that this might not be available. I was able to connect to the system but kept losing connection. This was very frustrating as I was trying to work remotely. Also, the table/desk in the room was a bit small and the upright chair not very comfortable.do not recommend. Right smack in the disco night club region lucky we nooked one night only. Unfortunately in was a Saturday night for us and we did not get sleep until 4.30a.m in the morning. The rooms were very nice but however they need to think about factors such as nightclub under the room, decorating while guests are staying as wet paint everywhere! Very noisy at night. Not what you expect at £110 a night! And also the showers was supposed to be jacuzzi showers but did not work!.
