we recently did a sisters reunion holiday and narrowed the destination down to cappadocia and Istanbul. And our stay at Maron Stone House was one of the highlights of our Holiday. 4 of us shared a room that was comfortable and spacious. The manager Adam was one of the nicest people we met - he organised our entire trip and even took us shopping to spots and helped us get bargains. My husband and I stayed at Kaya Pension in Uchisar recently and really loved it. Uchisar is a beautiful lookout spot just up the hill from Goreme and is much quieter and more peaceful than Goreme. Most of the hotels up here cater to upscale, wealthy tourists, but Kaya Pension is very reasonable and our room was very comfortable and warm (important

Izzet, Rabia and Mohammed were a great staff that made our stay really amazing -
Izzet, the owner, was very kind a helpful. The hotel is on the hill side with a sweeping view of the sun setting over Cappodocia from the garden terrace. It was nice to be a little outside of the main touristy area of Goreme (this is in Uchisar) and enjoy a quieter stay, but it was very easy and convenient to get to all the sites we wanted to see. Also, I'd highly recommend eating one dinner at the hotel - they cooked a wonderful, home-cooked array of Turkish food for a good price.

Considering that whatever place of interest, monument, park, museum, etc in Anakara is never "round the corner", location of the Tunalli is excellent. Right in the centre of a busy shopping area with loads of restaurants. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Surprisingly good breakfast for a small hotel! -

Everything was perfect. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their face. They went out of their way to help. The receptionist even gave me her mobile phone to use! The spa centre was enjoyable. They had woman only swimming/spa time too. The quality of the food at the restaurant was excellent. I would definitely visit here again, we even extended our stay at Ankara because the hotel was so good, we did not want to leave.
