The hotel is centrally located near central coach station in Ankara with convenient connections to other central districts of the city. My room was very clean and comfortable, the furniture was new and the room facilities were complete to my needs. I also used the sauna and the Finnish bath facilities in the hotel. There is also a swimming pool and a Turkish bath facility. All included in the room price. The staff was very professional, polite and attending. The breakfast was perfect with many .

The spa centre was enjoyable. They had woman only swimming/spa time too. The quality of the food at the restaurant was excellent. I would definitely visit here again, we even extended our stay at Ankara because the hotel was so good, we did not want to leave. Staff were very helpful. We as a family had the pool and leisure facilities all to ourselves, in particular the Turkish bath. Mondays and wednesdays allocated to women only btn 08.00 and 16.00. No alcohol on the premises at all which was a big plus! Also, I paid around 20 € for a broken stand lamp, its nothing comaring to the amount of money I paid for staying, they could just leave it especially that is broken by my child, any way it was OK. Gym was closed because of few guests. Alcohol is not allowed, you can not drink alcohol At all. service level by staff is not 5*. Not really a 5-star hotel and definately not an international hotel. No other staff except at reception was speaking English. In the whole hotel including in the bar there was no alcohol at any kind available?!?!? There was a problem with the internet connection as well - took some hours to be fixed. there are some slight imperfections in staff training, but nothing that a friendly smile does not fix. No alcohol :( The Hotel stands on highway, so it is little bit noisy. I didn't like,your tea spoon it was just plastic. Would be better if you serve some fruits. Having to sign in to the wifi every time after my computer went to sleep mode. no alcohol available; should be mentioned when booking. WIFI is not good. Breakfast. Noise. Kettle was broken and blowed all fuses. Wi-fi did not worked. They did not ask preference of bed type during check-in. They were not able to charge to my credit card on my reservation. Not really a 5* hotel in terms of decoration and quality, no alcohol, conservativism. Air conditioning didn't cool the room very well at all. The personnel did not speak English well (admittedly, I could learn Turkish, but I am rarely in Turkey). In addition, the city is not a favorite location of mine. Where is toothbrush?. no alchool. The room was dirty. There was pubic hair all over the shower. I expressed my concern with the front desk and was assured that they would send someone to cleanup while we were out getting dinner but no one ever showed up. I wouldn't even rate it at 3 stars.
