The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was compact but very clean and tidy situated on a fairly quiet side street .It was serviced each day-even the dishes were done for us.Great to have the kitchenette (even though loads of restaurants in vicinity.)

The room was very comfortable, clean, quiet and well equipped. Plus, it was very central to many of the important sights. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Considering what we paid for the room, we thought that this was one of the best deals in Istanbul.

The manager of the hotel, Mr.Yusuf&the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly! The hotel was nice and safe& the rooms were clean.
