We visited Istanbul really enjoyed our stay at the La Boutique Grand Seigneur Hotel. Everyone, from the moment we were met at Ataturk Airport until our departure went out of their way to help us enjoy the hotel, the surrounding area and Turkish hospitality.The hotel is superbly located for the tourist sights such as the Blue Mosque, the Cistern, Grand Bazaar and for cruising the Bosphorous river.

The room was very comfortable, clean, quiet and well equipped. Plus, it was very central to many of the important sights. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Considering what we paid for the room, we thought that this was one of the best deals in Istanbul.The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the touristic area. Also the acces to the local transportation is very good. The hotel stuff are very friendly and helpfull. The room was clean and nice. The hotel is not very big, but this is a good thing, every guest is treated very good. If you are going in Istanbul whatever the reason, this is a very good hotel to stay in. My stay in this hotel was very comfortable. The staff is very nice, and helpful when you need information about Istanbul. The installations are better than expected with the price, and its localization is in the hearth of the old Istanbul, near the main turistical places, the train station and the tramway line.It was really perfect. The receptionists were so helpful and informativ. I remember the name of Ibrahim Khalil, a very helpful and kind man, but the staff in general was really very friendly and helpful. The Hotel in general was very good. Clean premises, perfect position in Istanbul, near everything :-). We felt ourselves like at home. All the stuff made their best for us to feel comfortable. They have a great sense of hospitality. I recommend everyone to stay here when they plan to visit İstanbul. Room with one double bed and one single was very small. The shower got broken next day. We decided to change hotel, but were suggested to move to a large suite with two bedrooms for the same price. We made a reservation for the same room for our way back. However, when we came back in 3 weeks, our reservation was forgotten - or neglected. With two children, we had to stay in a small double. The room was not clean when I arrived. The toilet was placed in the shower.The room: the paint is peeling from the walls. Mouldy walls inside bathroom.
