  I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager . This was like a breath of fresh air as I had experienced difficulty with another hotel called best Nobel And Nobel hotel so was beginning to think Istanbul was not good for solo female travellers!!! I have booked again for 6 nights in February so I can fully experience the hotel's fine hospitality

  It was convenient for the major attractions of Sultanhamet. The staff were friendly and the facilities were fine. Great views of Hagia Sophia from the roof terrace. The breakfasts were excellent but the dinner menu was a bit dull so we only ate there once ; house wine not cheap either.The hamam was very good and was a great way to end a day of shop... what people say » ping.
