  Excellent staff ( Yildirim and Ofuk). The staff was supper nice. The owner, Aziz, was helpful and tried to help ASAP. Very close to Galata Tower and Galata bridge and to the Bosphoros. Walking distance to cruises, bazaar, and historic sites. Metro station Sishane at walking distance.   Great location. Apartments are a few steps away from Galata tower and 5 min walk to Istiklal street. There are many cafes and restaurants right next to Galata tower. A cab ride to sultanahmet took us 10 mins and 20- 25 lira ( taxi meter better than prenegotiated rate). Manager was very nice and accommodative. Rooms were clean and sofa-bed was comf... what people say » ortable. Almost all amenities included which made things easy especially with young kids. A small grocery store and money exchange in the back street. - The size of the apartment was of a good size of about 36 sq.m with the sofa bed being able to be folded into bed making our stay with the Kids much conveninent. The location of the apartment is excellent within close proximity to the shopping area of Estiqlal in Taksim and also metro/trump stations. The hospitality of the management was handled with excellent care by Mr. Takin and his team.

  We liked everything! Not a single complaint. Excellent location, very good spa facilities for such not big hotel in the center, design interior, very good breakfast, staff very supportive. The manager (owner) was coming to monitor the hotel activities almost every day, we were seeing him at breakfast, very proactive indeed! - Excellent quality of s... what people say » ervice.   Very helpful and nice stuff. Location - next to the istiglaliyyet street 5min walk. A lot of nice pubs in surrounding. Front view, top floors are really nice deal. Clean - the room was cleaned everyday. We have stayed for 4+2nights. There are a lot of things to see in Istanbul and night life is one of them. Breakfast was good. In general I would ... what people say » stay here again and the price was as per the value. - I did like the reception team and how they took good care of us during our stay even the manager had a big part . although it wasnt our first stay and definitely not the last we really enjoyed staying in tulip city hotel feeling at home...
