They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised. Clean - the room was cleaned everyday. We have stayed for 4+2nights. There are a lot of things to see in Istanbul and night life is one of them. Breakfast was good. The manager (owner) was coming to monitor the hotel activities almost every day, we were seeing him at breakfast, very proactive indeed! - Excellent quality of s... what people say » ervice.
