  Location, comfort and breakfast - all faultless. Room 227 was indeed a superior room with a stunning sea view, plus tea/coffee facility. Female staff were incredibly helpful. It was big studio with large comfortable bed, a lot of windows and nice street view. Furniture not new, but looks very good + central condition (a little noisy), free Wi-Fi, sat.TV, mini bar, kettle.
