  Overall hotel was good, clean and located near Kabatas tram station. Most of staff spoke English. Stayed there for 2 days but I was mostly out for sightseeing.   Very nice hotel, well positioned, about 3 minutes walk from tram station (T1 - main tram line which takes tourists to all the sightseeing places), 10 minutes walk from Grand Bazaar.
