  Well the hotel rooms are comfy and the staff are really helpful. i would like everyone to look for Ms. Tuba she is extremely supportive. the stuff in general are nice and they help and do there best to help the residents. the hotel is very close to a tram station that is 200 meters away. the tram station will take you to sultanahmet tourist area. ... what people say » there is a close by Mall that you will reach it for 7 liras only by taxi and thats Forum Mall. there is Vialand that you can get there by Taxi for 15 - a nice hotel with great staff where ever you are in the hotel , they make your day , i am a regular visitor to Istanbul , this is my first stay in this hotel , but will not be the last . special thanks to Ferhat at reception . Ceyhun and Cihan at concerge .
