  The staff were wonderful and so friendly and keen to give information about how to find places in Istanbul, couldn't be better. Hotel modern and well designed, very pleasant breakfast area with outside sitting area looking over small park in a quiet cul de sac. Area very non touristy, a business and small hotel area, many foreigners but not from UK which was good! A very enjoyable stay. Very good value fo - I liked the courtesy of hotel staff esp the hotel manager, ambience of hotel, breakfast buffet offered by hotel every morning. During our check- out the reception staff was very helpful and even kept our stuff in the luggage room as our flight was in the evening. The location of the hotel was next to a street connecting Aksaray station but in a quiet place next to a garden with play area for kids. I will definetly recommend others to stay at this hotel.

  We really stayed very short at the hotel (about 10 hrs) and there are no major likes or dislikes. As far as we observe, personnel very kind and helpful and rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is literally "one step away" from shopping outlets. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised.   Very stylish new hotel in a nice district of Istanbul. We stayed for 5 days in the beginning of May, 3 days were hot, and 2 windy and rainy, and it was equally comfortable in the room. We stayed in a standard room: it is not big, but enough space for 2 people with a big suitcase. The room, bathroom, towels and everything else is very clean and n - Very good location: on the tram line that goes to the historical center and not far from the funicular (the transportation mean) that goes to Taksim comercial area. Next to the Bosphorus touristic port and ferryboat that crosses to the Asian side. Friendly and dedicated staff. Good breakfast. Good restaurant (for having also the other meals of the day). Clean and properly maintained.
