  Beach was easy to reach via tunnel. In the middle of October it was peaceful on the pools and children were able to play table tennis nearby pools. Also nice place to play billiard inside.   Very Clean and room service was prompt - The service which was given to us was excellent. The staff behaviour was perfect. But I specially liked the Activiteis Group who made peace and eciting times over there for the passengers. The games and the dancings was nice.

  when I read some of the reviews of the hotel I thought that I made a big mistake when I booked in it , specially what was written about the bad staff and the delay in check in & out . But when I arrived the hotel t 7:30 AM and asked for my room they told me to wait until 2 pm the normal check in time . I told them but I wrote in my booking tha... what people say » t I need early check-in about 8 AM so they rechecked the booking and offer me a free breakfast and asked me to wait until 8 AM . I received my room 8: - Location was amasing, just by the beach. Swimming pools were very clean, spa, hamam and gym were good too. I enjoyed food as well, nice deserts and delicious food choices. Staff was very friendly. They were very professional. I went there with my girlfriend, and in the last evening in the hotel, the staff decorated table for us! So attentive staff! Just behind the hotel there are buses going almost everywhere! Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
