The owner was really good. He provided us with a lot of information and gave us discount at his restaurant, close to the house. He even invite us to took a breakfast at his other hotel for free!
We're so lucky, we didn't expect much when we we're arrived at the hotel that we would got everything for free. One of my friend stayed for another day and we booked the economic single room before, but he asked her just to stay in our room, so she didn't need to move.

The building has 3 stories and houses 2 studios per floor. The studios are well equipped for groups, families and couples who don't mind a home away from home on vacation and do not demand a traditional hotel with all its services attached.

breakfast, lunch dinner etc. Free Wifi available in the room and the
speed was great. Kahar, the guy managing the place was extremely
friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend

Sultans hotel is in a great location near the blue mosque in an inner suburban community right opposite a park. There is a BIM supermarket and many cafes nearby. Our room was a bit compact but had everything we needed including a bar fridge. Breakfast is served on the rooftop area and is buffet style with the usual options. The staff are very friendly. Was a Decent place to stay with large bedroom . Location is excellent and 10 min walking distance from blue mosque grand bazaar Hague Sophia . The staff was very nice and helpful. As I wasn't happy with the room in the basement, because it was too dark for me, I could change without any problem to a very nice room upstairs which was sunny with windows all around and sea view. Both rooms were clean with comfortable beds and with everything well functioning.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way help me with a minor medical problem that I had. The location is perfect for seeing the 3 main attractions in Istanbul. Lovely view from the terrace where they serve B'fast. Staff helped us with tour bookings and gave good advise on how to accomplish everything in a short time.

On our way to Kathmandu we stayed one night at Istanbul City Guest House. We came in late and was met buy Emre the manager. After throwing in our bags we went out for a beer with him. Very nice guy. Afterwards he treated us drinks at the balcony. Next time in Istanbul I will definitely stay there. No question about that. Good location. Walking distance to all highlights. Airport transport and so on... Brilliant!

Great location and excellent staff. We were offered a drink on arrival and sat with the owner one night after dinner and were treated to Turkish coffee and tea which was a nice little touch.
The staff were all very accommodating as you would expect for a small family run hotel/bnb. The breakfast was pleasant and consisted of tea/coffee a few cheeses, cereal and boiled eggs.
We had a lovely time staying at Seatanbul apart and would definitely recommend it to our friends.
