  I really liked my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The staff was very polite and answered all our questions. The service was prompt.   I booked the "small room" which was offered at a very reasonable rate and was delighted with the room, whilst it was smaller than the normal rooms due to a very good design it still felt spacious and luxurious. The gym which Berns guests can use at the grand hotel was also excellent and a real treat to use.
