The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

Very good shuttle service. Came to pick us up 5 minutes after we called. Shuttle driver, young guy, drove badly and should slow down in sharp turns.

Our flight was early in the morning, so we chose to spend the last night in Sweden in hotel close to the airport. Ibis Style Arlanda met all our expectations: it provides free shuttle service to the airport and good breakfast starting from 4 am! The room was nicely designed, clean and comfortable. Internet connection was very good. The staff was polite and efficient.

It had more of a htel feeling than a backpackers hostel, and it is more family-oriented than wild backpackers. They were very friendly and helpful. The owner was remodeling a number of rooms and they look great. The hotel was one short bus stop to the metro and 4 metro stops to the central station (and the bus and metro run constantly). The hotel is also convenient to the ports to Tallinn. -
