The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

Excellent location just off Stureplan allowing access to great shopping, and all the parts of the city that one would like to explore. The friendly staff simply showcases the level of professional but also proactive behavior that one would like to find in every hotel. We also appreciated the parking service provided. In the lobby there is a special place with table to work with laptops, there is also a free access to internet from a common working place - desktop PC.
Breakfast is very good, except for constant queue for hot milk (it is available from a single, very slow machine).
