I have been staying almost all the hotels in town and I have to say that this is one of the best hotels in Stockholm. Reasonable price, good location for business and pleasure, nice clean rooms even the hotel is already some years old. Taxis station is located almost next to hotel. WLAN is free! - Jukka

Very close to the main station and to Arlanda Express. The room was very small (as indicated on the web site) but fully functional. These single rooms without window are very good value for money if you just want to stay overnight as I did (to catch an early plane). - Anonymous

The service, the extremely polite staff in reception and bar, this is really an outstanding hotel for a reasonable price. Location next to central station is ideal too. Nice belgian beer bar with well informed staff, they know all about it! Junior suite is nice it has a small kitchen. - Yvonne

This is a really nice hotel and one of the best I have stayed in. As others have said it is centrally situated and right across the road from the Arlanda express. My single room was really well thought out and very comfortable and practical. Breakfast was excellent, in quaility , quantitiy and variety. It was also good to have tea and coffee available all day long in reception and free internet. - Gordon

The location was perfect. It is almost across the street from the Arlanda Express terminal and about 200 meters from the T-Centralen metro station. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, the rooms clean and neat (a little small, but that is normal here). Very good deal. - Anonymous

Great location,very friendly,it's expensive but everywhere in Stockholmis so you might as well get the bang for your buck. It'sa verycontemporary and fits in with the Swedish life style. Will definatelystay again when the dolllar gets better as the kroner is foreveraccording to the natives - Mary

The reception staff were so efficient and helpful. The room was spotlesseven though it was on the small side. Exactly as seen in the web. Firstclass breakfast and great bars at a very reasonable rate. - Jane

I booked the "small room" which was offered at a very reasonable rate and was delighted with the room, whilst it was smaller than the normal rooms due to a very good design it still felt spacious and luxurious. The gym which Berns guests can use at the grand hotel was also excellent and a real treat to use. Excellent location and friendly staff. - Anonymous

The staff were very friendly and more than happy topoint us in the right direction and give us tips in where to go. The hotel was very cosy and had a lovely homely feel. It was also very clean and our en-suite was very modern with a lovely warm shower. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is on a quieter part of the main shopping street in Stockholm. - Rebecca
