The service, the extremely polite staff in reception and bar, this is really an outstanding hotel for a reasonable price. Location next to central station is ideal too. Nice belgian beer bar with well informed staff, they know all about it! Junior suite is nice it has a small kitchen. The staff was very freindly and helpful. They were very willing to assist us in getting around stockholm and even drew a map for us. Beautiful hotel and great location!.

A bar of the hotel should have been open longer on the New Year Eve (especially because the other bars were also closed). air conditioning in our room was broken.The tea/ coffee bags in the rooms are not refilled on my 2nd and 3rd days of stay. My single room was very small (~10 sqm), 1 very narrow bed (just 90 cm wide) and a very small bathroom for 2050 SEK. However that seemed to be the cheapest available in walking distance of Stockholm Central station.One light bulb in the bath room was not working throughout our stay and one of the bed side tables was noted as not usable due to comming away from the bed head board, both these defects were noted upon arrival. lack of ability to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room or in the vicinity of the room. breakfast average, water goes eveywhere whilst taking a shower. One of the lifts was out of order, so when we were leaving, I had to use the stairs to discover why the one functioning lift was held up (by the cleaning staff, in fact).Breakfast was nauseating - no wonder it was free. There was a broken window in my room and I couldn't close it. Didn't bother complaining since it wasn't worth the hassles. Nothing especial for small children. Extremely slow service in the bar. Room dimensions. the billing was made at the arrival without informing about this. Way too warm in the room and didn't like that it was two seperate beds in the superior double room that I booked. We wanted to get roomservice but there wasn't anywhere we both could sit and eat (1chair and a small desk).Breakfast was poor - 4* should have been much better. WLAN does not include to the room price.Small room. Did not like breakfast, kind of tasteless. the room was too small. services were suitable to an inferior category hotel.The room should have had a kettle and selection of teas and coffees with milk as like other 4* hotels in Europe.
