  I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. You cannot expect this kind of inter... what people say » national class service in any other 5-star hotels in Scandinavia. Nothing made me down! Everything was perfect for my stay! The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

  We were celebrating a 60th birthday, so wished to have a hotel near the centre, which was comfortable and if required use of the restaurant. We found the hotel to exceed our expectations for location, near to the ferry station or a short walk along the coastline to the City centre. You don't go down a 20 floor hotel and are immediatly surrounded by shops? Who cares? You are 10 minutes away from all that, if you enjoy walking. If you like to ride a bike, you have your "private" garage next to the hotel, with 20 bikes ready to be rented; just buy the City Bikes card at the reception.   I have been staying almost all the hotels in town and I have to say that this is one of the best hotels in Stockholm. Reasonable price, good location for business and pleasure, nice clean rooms even the hotel is already some years old. Taxis station is located almost next to hotel.   Friendly staff, all were approachable and smiling. Room was spotless clean on arrival and after the cleaning was done eachday. Plenty of staff. - The service was good, people where nice and kind. Also the food in the hotel was really good.

  Very close to the main station and to Arlanda Express. The room was very small (as indicated on the web site) but fully functional. These single rooms without window are very good value for money if you just want to stay overnight as I did (to catch an early plane). - The staff was really nice, the breakfast was good, it was peaceful

  This is a really nice hotel and one of the best I have stayed in. As others have said it is centrally situated and right across the road from the Arlanda express. My single room was really well thought out and very comfortable and practical. Breakfast was excellent, in quaility , quantitiy and variety.
