The location and the style of the apartment. Very friendly check-in staff. Let us left luggage after check-out till our flight. Very nice location, between beach(es) and center of tourist life. I liked everything. Very poor wi-fi reception on top floor, modest bath, locals are friendly but very noisy and are chatting under windows till 5AM (not exaggeration). If you can sleep with closed windows and conditioning enabled - its ok.

Please note that on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays you can check in from 15:00 to 21:00 at a branch office located on 27 Ausias March, Barcelona. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is payable on arrival. This will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Please note that this apartment is located on a building without a lift and with a narrow spiral staircase. Please note that there is EUR 30 charge for late check-in starting from 21:00. Please note that parties are not allowed in the property. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Friendly Rentals Hopper - Passatge de Sert 1-3, 8003 Barcelona.
