The deposit must be paid with a credit card incurring a supplement charge of 1%. It will be returned in full to your credit card, after review of apartment and assuming no damages or losses. Please note when paying the balance by credit card, there is a charge of: 2% when using Visa or MasterCard 3.5% when using American Express. In the exceptional case the deposit has been paid in cash, and after review of the apartment, guests will be asked to collect their deposit from the main office between 10.00 and 18.00, Monday to Friday.
