cleanliness, the fact that the staff were friendly and spoke excellent english, helpfulness of staff, cool room! My son was made welcome.

food was overpriced and nothing special.

Beautiful new hotel close to main attractions and with good tapas bars / restaurants close by.

The immediate area may feel a bit threatening to some

The interior of the hotel and the room is very beautiful. I got an upgrade to deluxe for only 10€ xtra. The breakfast was really splendid! The staff was very friendly. Location is good. Great and quick service.

If there is one minor issue, I was being rushed when lunching in the restaurant, although it was not closed yet, but i was the last one there. She took away the plate too early and asked if I wanted dessert while I was still eating. The coffee she brought immediately after taking my plate away and she was literally ´waiting´ for me to leave, very annoying.

This hotel has all the facilities a modern hotel should have. The gadgets in the rooms are excellent. The programmable room safe is a very good idea. The view of the city from the roof is recommended as is the spa and sauna in the basement. An all round excellent place to stay.

Everything...the hotel simply rocks....better than some 5* i ve stayed before...excellent choice especially for young people

it was a new hotel (open 15 days) and the rooms were ultra modern and very comfortable, in a good central location
