  We very much thought the staff were so friendly and helpful. From the door people, to the Information desk, the porters, the cashiers, the people that checked us in, the room cleaning staff and the restaurant staff (apart from the Commis 2nd Chef who was doing the scrambled eggs and omelette in the mornings who seemed pretty miserable to be there ... what people say » and made me feel a bit uncomfortable asking for my daily omelette because she was frowning every morning!). At the end of our stay I needed to print s - This is the best hotel if you want to stay with ur family... The room size is big, very nice interiors, very close to orchard road... And whosoever is writing bad about the staff it's all false... The staff is so helpful be it the reception guys or the bell boys just so helpful and if you are looking for Indian food nearby u have to walk for at least 15 mins and the restaurant name is the curry culture near orchard point.. Amazing food there.... I would definitely stay here again

  Staff very friendly, keen to help, Great breakfast. Had a family room very spacious and booked the Orchid club lounge benefits which were well worth it. We checked in at 8.30am and were given our room straight away then invited to have complimentary breakfast on arrival.   The hotel is tastefully decorated - from the exterior to the designer fusnished lobby, to the rooms with hi tech gear and a bathroom that will make you go "wow". The hotel makes its guests feel very welcome and encouraged people to hang out in the lobby or nearby patio in different hours of the day with its Nespresso coffee and chocolate cookies (... what people say » which my son loved!) and cocktails with wine and canapes at 6. Its a mid sized hotel so its homey but classy at the same time. What I loved most thoug - The whole experience was one of 100% satisfaction. The property its grounds and all of the facilities were 1st class. No it is not on one of the main shopping streets but it is just a short walk to Orchard road and one of the best mrt underground stations (a major intersection of 4 different lines) in Singapore. To have the vibrant city of Singapore at your feet combined with the tranquility and luxury of the Fort Canning was the perfect combination for us. 5* Hotel but not pretentious. Pool Gy

  First, the staff were very courteous and accomodating. Special thanks to Ruben who was really nice to us when we arrived and even let us check in 3 hours before actual check in time. Small room but it doesn't matter because it was cozy and the bed was comfy. The location was superb! Very near Bugis shopping village and mrt station. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip - Really great location, standards for Ibis acommodation: comfy beds, small but well equipped room. The price was a bit higher than usual for Ibis but compared to other fares in Singapore it was extremely acceptable. Food in the restaurant is really great and the breakfast is great as well (might be worth the 18SGD!). Wifi worked fine in room (5th floor). They got me late check-out until 14h and kept my bags until 20h, very convenient.

  Location is the best, just 200 m from the prominent Chinatown MRT (can walk even with wheeled baggage- we had 4!), which is connected to every part of the city's sights by MRT/ bus. The hip Clark Quay is about a 5 min walk away. The rooms are clean, have a window and all essential facilities. Enough free literature available at the reception and quite efficient staff, though not too in - The Inn is only a few metres from the Chinatown Markets & the mrt is so close that if you have a fair amount of baggage, you won't have far to drag it if you catch the train to or from Changi. The rooms are not big but really clean and there's no elevator but its a very short climb up the stairs anyhow.. Your hardly ever there so its not a big deal! Since the hotel practices strict policy on non smoking in their hotel rooms we were suggested the pool terrace room which has its own balcony and facing plus direct access to the pool.   I stayed here 2 nights and paid 44s$ since I booked through letsbookhotel.com. I supposed to stay in 20 persons room with mixed sex, but the staff offered me to stay in a female room without extra charge. Even after check out they allowed me to leave my baggage until evening and when I came back to pick up it they kindly allowed to take shower for... what people say » free. I don't regret that I stayed here. - a. Good location 3 mins walk to MRT station. b. Staff friendly and helpful. c. Adequate facilities. d. Aircondition on at night when the dorm room is warm. e. All beds are well spaced. f. It would be perfect if power points are provided for all the beds though reading lights are available for individual bed. I would stay in Blissful Loft when I visit Singapore next.
