  The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location was excellent - so close the MRT (underground railway) station which gave access to all of Singapore with ease.   We stayed here 3 nights. It's 10 minutes walking from the MRstation 'Clarke Quay', but they are building a closer station. Our room was not so spacious, but clean. We slept very well because of a good bed, we love hard matresses. You can obscure the whole room at night. Our view was not beautiful, but it didn't matter to us. Second, acted as a **** hotel should and more: I stayed for one night to catch a particularly late flight but got hold of the hotel for almost 2 nights; late check-out at 2 P.M. , luggage stored, complimentary shower after my city tour (from 4-8 P.M.) then headed to airport by the nearby mrt. 9 P.M. check-out would have cost me 2 nights. The fitness center is clean and can be accessed any time of day by just asking the front desk staff (between 10pm- 6am). The location was also ideal for business meetings. It is also off of Orchard Road, which allowed for a quieter sleep at night. I would stay here again.

  I simply love the unique designs and though it's a small area, it is utilised to the fullest and makes one feel cozy and comfy.It's the first time that I booked the place. The bathroom facilities with its rain shower and glass windows make it very unusual and it stands out from the rest of the hotels bathrooms which I have seen. Hotel staff was very attentive to all your needs, very polite. Hotel was in close walking distance to the Metro (if you can stand the heat and humidity). There are restaurants next to the hotel serving local cuisine - tried one of them and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel has also a restaurant but didn't get a chance to dine there.

They helped me with currency conversion, numerous taxi bookings and when I asked for a room with a good view they certainly delivered. My flight did not leave until 1am and after a whole day shopping I was rather flustered. So, the hotel staff sorted me out with toiletries, towels, a place to shower, access to the pool to cool off and looked after my bags. The customer service from the staff is one of the best I have experienced.

  We very much thought the staff were so friendly and helpful. From the door people, to the Information desk, the porters, the cashiers, the people that checked us in, the room cleaning staff and the restaurant staff (apart from the Commis 2nd Chef who was doing the scrambled eggs and omelette in the mornings who seemed pretty miserable to be there ... what people say » and made me feel a bit uncomfortable asking for my daily omelette because she was frowning every morning!). At the end of our stay I needed to print s - This is the best hotel if you want to stay with ur family... The room size is big, very nice interiors, very close to orchard road... And whosoever is writing bad about the staff it's all false... The staff is so helpful be it the reception guys or the bell boys just so helpful and if you are looking for Indian food nearby u have to walk for at least 15 mins and the restaurant name is the curry culture near orchard point.. Amazing food there.... I would definitely stay here again
