It is a modern building and quite clean. I like the provision of a fridge which is empty, not a minibar, so you can keep the bottles of water, supplied daily, inside along with anything else you might buy. The service is that of a much more expensive hotel.

It is very easy to go to the city center and many shopping center around the hotel - The location - 10 out of 10. Right where i thought it would be and righer where the map said. room were small but value for money. - Clean rooms, central location. Left luggage facilities. Location of the hotel is definitely an advantage to its guests. it has a very good and accessible location.
Staff are friendly and accommodating especially Anthony, Wani and the other old guy who looked for our taxi. They speak English fluently.

Tips for the first timers, take the train as the whole road in front of the hotel is blocked for construction and the cabby will not be able to bring you to the front of the hotel. From the train station, come out from Exit D, walk all the way straight and turn right on Bencoolen Street and walk all the way to the end. Ta-d

A good, comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. We requested a room at the back of the hotel away from the MRT building site (another traveller's recommendation). It was very quiet and the view across the City was lovely. 10-15 min walk to Raffles in one direction and the same in the other direction to Orchard Road shops. Very close to the MRT which was a quick, cheap way to travel around the City (2.20 Hong Kong dollars per person from the airport to the hotel).

Every thing was perfect. From the minute we arrived we were meet by happy smiling people. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The young ladies at Reception were so helpful they were a pleasure to meet and talk with. Well done young ladies. Our room had everything we needed and housekeeping done a great job at keeping it clean and tidy. And a big thank you to the porters the first people we saw when we arrived and the last when we sadly left.
We will certainly make sure we stay with you agai

I love that hotel is till new and every thing is still fresh and clean.
I do hope the hotel will continued maintaining the premise.

Iarrived into SG very early in the morning, and check in time wasn't until 2pm, but I still rock up at the hotel at 6.30am. The staff was very friendly and helpful to have me organized. The room is clean, modern and cozy. Bedding and linen are so comfy that I could sleep soundly.
