  we found the place very strategically located, walking distance from 3 churches, malls (Bugis, Raffles City and Suntec), food courts, MRT, etc. The room was cleaned daily with fresh supply of towels and drinking water; it is beside a convenience store (7-11); transfers to Universal Studios, to the airport etc. can be arranged and the buses/taxis p... vad folk säger » ick you up at the hotel or very near the hotel; very good water supply - Location is excellent, situated in the business district where most hotels would be far more expensive. It is a modern building and quite clean. I like the provision of a fridge which is empty, not a minibar, so you can keep the bottles of water, supplied daily, inside along with anything else you might buy. The service is that of a much more expensive hotel.

Right where i thought it would be and righer where the map said. room were small but value for money. - Clean rooms, central location. Left luggage facilities.   The bellhop Mohd was amazing. So nice and courteous to always offer a helping hand. The rest of the staff were very helpful as well. Breakfast was a nice touch for the morning as well. Loved the pool and glad there were towels always there to use.   Location was fantastic. Tips for the first timers, take the train as the whole road in front of the hotel is blocked for construction and the cabby will not be able to bring you to the front of the hotel. From the train station, come out from Exit D, walk all the way straight and turn right on Bencoolen Street and walk all the way to the end. Ta-d... vad folk säger » a! Right in front of you! =D Take note that Exit D is a set of stairs, so if you're carrying luggage, take Exit C. When you come out, turn 180˚ and yo - A good, comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. We requested a room at the back of the hotel away from the MRT building site (another traveller's recommendation). It was very quiet and the view across the City was lovely. 10-15 min walk to Raffles in one direction and the same in the other direction to Orchard Road shops. Very close to the MRT which was a quick, cheap way to travel around the City (2.20 Hong Kong dollars per person from the airport to the hotel).

  We travelled with a 10 week old, and they were great having a crib waiting in our room, and an upgrade so we'd be more comfortable. Also the kitchen facilities are lovely and handy if you need a break from eating out. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The young ladies at Reception were so helpful they were a pleasure to meet and talk with. Well done young ladies. Our room had everything we needed and housekeeping done a great job at keeping it clean and tidy.   I love that hotel is till new and every thing is still fresh and clean. I do hope the hotel will continued maintaining the premise. The room is tight with wall to wall bed but its really intimate and perfect for a couple and the high ceiling in the rooms remove the claustrophobic feel the room will give. Love the 24hrs eatery just around the corner and and easy short stroll towards Bugis Village and Bugis MRT. Upon checking out, the staff at the reception were most helpful.
