Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel is very central. Taxis always available at front of hotel. Very pleasant stay! Would definitely stay at the Carlton again. excellent value for money, it was absolutely lovely, and everyone was so nice expecially the doorman!! he was so helpful- above and beyond!. the room was excellent could not fault, if you know singapore its next to Raffles Centre and the MRT. Lots of eating in the area and shops.

I Guessed that this was what had happened and said as much, and it would have been nice to have been allowed to use a hotel phone to sort ithe matter out there and then. Shortage of smoking rooms and facilities for smokers. Tummy upset caused by participating in hotel's sea food buffet.
