It is a modern building and quite clean. I like the provision of a fridge which is empty, not a minibar, so you can keep the bottles of water, supplied daily, inside along with anything else you might buy. The service is that of a much more expensive hotel.

Iarrived into SG very early in the morning, and check in time wasn't until 2pm, but I still rock up at the hotel at 6.30am. The staff was very friendly and helpful to have me organized. The room is clean, modern and cozy. Bedding and linen are so comfy that I could sleep soundly. Really great location, standards for Ibis acommodation: comfy beds, small but well equipped room. The price was a bit higher than usual for Ibis but compared to other fares in Singapore it was extremely acceptable. Food in the restaurant is really great and the breakfast is great as well (might be worth the 18SGD!). Wifi worked fine in room (5th floor). They got me late check-out until 14h and kept my bags until 20h, very convenient.

This is a great hotel in a central location right above City Hall MRT Station, with easy walking to the Harbor areas and the Singapore Flyer etc. We travelled from the airport via the MRT for S$2.40 (£1.20 approx.) Concierge were most obliging from local advice and knowledge, luggage security once checked out etc. The room was very comfortable with a work desk area which was most helpful. Would look to stay here again when traveling to Singapore.

The whole experience was one of 100% satisfaction. The property its
grounds and all of the facilities were 1st class. No it is not on one of
the main shopping streets but it is just a short walk to Orchard road
and one of the best mrt underground stations (a major intersection of 4
different lines) in Singapore. To have the vibrant city of Singapore at
your feet combined with the tranquility and luxury of the Fort Canning
was the perfect combination for us. 5* Hotel but not pretentious. Pool
