The attentiveness of the staff and the welcome one receives on arrival. The service is top notch. Definately a 5 star experience.They put me in a corner room for valentine day which i believe accounts for the larger space, the balcony overlooking the city was a god send as i managed to fit the chairs and table onto the balcony for dinner, making it one of the most romantic thing ever and i have an inkling their staff is telepathic letting me have 1 of the widest tub i have seen in a hotel bigger than the ones in meritus...
