Everything occurred according to the plan, and if not so, the staff dealt with it instantaneously. Good english speaking staff, not so common in those areas witch is good. It has a supermarket meters away witch is great to enjoy your apartment.

  Very nice and new looking hotel. Had a double bed room and the room was spacious and very comfortable, felt homey. Bathroom very elegant and had all the amenities. Breakfast was not too bad, but not amazing. Location to Krupowki street was about 20-30min walk. Not a bad walk during the day but street is eerily empty at night. Take a cab for 15-20z... what people say » loty. Overall an amazing town in the mountains. Plan to wait driving as the streets are very busy during peak hours. Worth every penny though! Will ho - We have stayed here twice now and would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone,the staff are friendly,polite and helpful,the attention to detail is first rate and the setting is perfect,stunning countryside yet only a short distance from Zakopane centre.We aim to return as soon as we can.

  A great location, a bit far from the city centre, but we thought it rather a plus as it was peaceful and quite with a magnificent view on the mountains and fields. We received a warm welcome from a very friendly and helpful host who gave us a lot of useful advice. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped and a big balcony-terrace with a view... what people say » to the fields is an additional treat after hiking. We certainly recommend the hotel and would like to come back. - The host was friendly, good-speaking russian, told us about places of interest and where we can walk to see more and to make some good snaps. He made us welcome and was very kind. It was so pleasure to have some time next to the fireplace afterwards busy day in trips and walks among mountains.

  I liked the spacious room and the interior designs as well as brilliant staff, helpful and very polite. Breakfast was delicious, yet simple. The view from our window was amazing and the whole atmosphere made me feel relaxed and happy. - Everything. The suite was so clean we felt as if we were the first ever ones to stay in it.   Location was excellent, a short walk to both Zakopane town centre and the nearby Ski slopes. The kitchenet - We spent a week in a groundfloor apartment at this hotel in February. The location is great, very close to the center. Very close also to Szymoszkowa ski lift (less than 1km). Breakfast was very good, with lots of cheese, fruits, vegetables and a different cake each morning (which our kids really enjoyed).
