  The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for us.   I got a very good discount on this hotel as it was out of season.That said i got a warm room in fact i had to open the window at night .I had a balcony and a fold up chair but due to the cold weather i just used it to cool my beers?.The rooms are dated but all things functioned well and the location to walking trails and town centre are very good ... what people say » .Supermarket next door.Staff all speak english and freindly &helpful.I stayed 5 nights and the room was serviced each day new towels.etc.Free mine - A great spot in Zakopane, very close to the center yet on a nice, quiet street, our room was comfortable, very warm, clean and had a balcony with spectacular view on the mountains.
