  The guy that looks after the apartment was very friendly and helpful. We left an item in the apartment and he was great in communicating with us and got it back to us before we left Wroclaw :) The apartment was lovely, nicely decorated and very clean. Tea and filter coffee were provided in the kitchen and although the kitchen does not have an oven there was a 2 hob hotplate which wa - Greg the owner is a really friendly guy. There was somebody upstairs making noise one day and he came straight over and sorted it out for us. He felt very bad even though it wasn't his fault! His apartment was spotless, comfortable and in a perfect position close to the old town and a supermarket. Would recommend to budget conscious travelers that want a bit of extra comfort.

Note that this is a vacation room/apartment organization that has many varied units in the area and is not a hotel, per se. - I liked friendly and professional Staff....   The location was excellent, right in the middle of the most popular square just across the road from the Irish pub and overhead the English bar yet still very quite at night. There is an offlicence and shop next door. The view of the square is fab. The checking in was simple and quick as was the checking out. The apartment itself is a little basic but still has all that is need - The girl from the reception was very friendly and efficient, the flat we stayed is charming, clean and spacious, well located in the heart of Wroclaw and close to good coffes, restaurants, bars and the historical center. And theres a parking included in the price, and everyone knows how hard is to park in the centre of town =) Was really a good experience!

  Everything. The hotel is very luxurious, truly a 5 star hotel. We arrived late but the girl at reception let us in their fantastic swimming pool. You must not miss a swim in the swimming pool if you are in this hotel. In the morning the breakfast was prepared personally for us. Everything was very tasty an - I've stayed in several 5* hotels and they weren't providing better services! This luxury hotel is exceptional and I'd say that it's the best in the city for price and quality! Super-helpful receptionist who was welcoming us at the gate of the hotel, and during check-out he was walking with us until we left. Also they agreed to let us having the breakfast late after check-out around 11am! They simply deserve every penny. Sauna is open all the day, but pool and Jacuzzi were open between 7-12 and

  We really liked this hotel. We arrived at 1 am, the staff oened the bar for us. The room is large and comfortabe. Breakfast, marvellous! I recommend this hotel for everybody! - Every thing was very nice. Staff extremely helpful. On little complain - I missed fresh bread on sunday breakfast. The rest was superb.
