  Everything! A very clean, quiet, hotel with excellent food and service in an attractive location with a lot of different things to see. Excellent value for the money. As a side note they had the most reliable and effective internet access of the entire trip. I intend to return with my entire family!   Staff very helpful & did our laundry when they could not figure out how to use the apartments washer. Service beyond our dreams. The location was right in the town plaza. Note that this is a vacation room/apartment organization that has many varied units in the area and is not a hotel, per se. - I liked friendly and professional Staff....   The location was excellent, right in the middle of the most popular square just across the road from the Irish pub and overhead the English bar yet still very quite at night. There is an offlicence and shop next door. The view of the square is fab. The checking in was simple and quick as was the checking out. I requested a alte check out which was... what people say » granted without any hassle. The apartment manager even rang me to confirm this. The apartment itself is a little basic but still has all that is need - The girl from the reception was very friendly and efficient, the flat we stayed is charming, clean and spacious, well located in the heart of Wroclaw and close to good coffes, restaurants, bars and the historical center. And theres a parking included in the price, and everyone knows how hard is to park in the centre of town =) Was really a good experience!

  Everything. The hotel is very luxurious, truly a 5 star hotel. We arrived late but the girl at reception let us in their fantastic swimming pool. You must not miss a swim in the swimming pool if you are in this hotel. In this hotel you can have a lot of privacy everythere - in the swimming pool, during breakfast etc. The room was nicely decorated,... what people say » comfortable and with a fantastic (big and bright) bathroom. In the morning the breakfast was prepared personally for us. Everything was very tasty an - I've stayed in several 5* hotels and they weren't providing better services! This luxury hotel is exceptional and I'd say that it's the best in the city for price and quality! Super-helpful receptionist who was welcoming us at the gate of the hotel, and during check-out he was walking with us until we left. Also they agreed to let us having the breakfast late after check-out around 11am! They simply deserve every penny. Sauna is open all the day, but pool and Jacuzzi were open between 7-12 and

  We loved everyting about the hotel....the staff were very friendly and helpfull. the hotel was spotless..we really enjoyed our stay, and would return again. - Great location short walk to main square. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast, and very good resturant for dinner. I would stay again.

  We really liked this hotel. We arrived at 1 am, the staff oened the bar for us. The room is large and comfortabe. Breakfast, marvellous! I recommend this hotel for everybody! - Every thing was very nice. Staff extremely helpful. On little complain - I missed fresh bread on sunday breakfast. The rest was superb.
