This apartment 121 had the wow factor. Great inner city modern apartment which was tastefully decorated. Extremely well equipped and everything was high quality. Complimentary bottles of wine, chocolates on the pillows and free Krakow souvenir shopping bag was supplied. Free very secure basement parking. WiFi worked excellently. Location was excellent, a short walk to both Zakopane town centre and the nearby Ski slopes.

We spent a week in a groundfloor apartment at this hotel in February. The location is great, very close to the center. Very close also to Szymoszkowa ski lift (less than 1km). Breakfast was very good, with lots of cheese, fruits, vegetables and a different cake each morning (which our kids really enjoyed). It has been modernised to a good standard and the rooms have a number of unusual features such as hand painted murals, brick arches, crazy paved marble flooring and a small fitted kitchen area. For most of our stay we were the only visitors and service except for meals was provided by the owners who could not do enough for us. We had breakfast and evening meals, which were both excellent, with good flexibility about timing. The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms.
Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you.
