  The staff was very friendly, we asked for the room with a mountain view and we got a nice one with a balcony (even if it was only a standard room). It is very close to the center of Zakopane by foot and to the bus station. The breakfast was the best I've seen in a while, there was a big variaty of food to choose from. The wellness part was also very clean, well organized, with everything you need to chill out.   Our stay was fantastic. The staff were the most helpful we have encountered. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect and clean. We were on a tight schedule and they organized a private driver for the day. He was there in 15 minutes (with no notice) and was equally as good.
