  A very welcoming young receptionist who spoke excellent English. She helped us to our room with the luggage. When we discovered that the previous occupants had been smoking in our room the young lady quickly got us new room. Economy room nicely decorated & had a good sized bathroom & A.C.   It was quite a surprise to find such a beautiful hotel. I only used this hotel as an intermediate stop on my way to Odessa. But it was a pleasant experience which I can recommend to anyone. - Staff, comfort, breakfast, building, value for money..all. I was completely satisfied with hotel and can recommend it to everyone.

Our kids had a lot of fun eventhough it was a short 2 night trip. The hotel is very well kept and maintained. They went out of their way to accommodate requests. There was a wedding reception happening the same evening I arrived and the staff made sure to put me in a room that they knew would be quiet and away from the party. Despite the party going on, I was able to arrange a meal in my room which was very tasty and arrived quickly.
