Very good location for travelers. 2mins walk from Krakow glowny train station and center bus station, 5 mins walks to no.304 bus station which is go to salt mine, 10mins walk to old town and 15mins walk to wawel castel. Very nice , friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. I booked for room with shared bathroom , the bathroom just next to my room and only 2 guest room shared with 1 bathroom so I never have to wait for that. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and accomodating . breakfast was average but delivered to the room . Excellent location . They even added proper bath towels after feedback and also provided a bedside lamp . - It was very nice and close to all facilities. Because of it, it was very convenient to move around

Great location, cheap and cheerful as you would expect. It seemed a bit like the family owned the top-floor and have modified half of their property into a little hostel. A hint if you can't get into the hostel or nobody is in reception; the family seem to live just across the landing. -

Its a very cozy place, a flat in an old building which has completely been refurbished as a modern apartment and turned into a hostel.
The staff is super friendly and really helpful.
The place is very clean and feels more as a "home" than as a hostel. Its a 4 bedrooms apartment after all. Bathrooms have a nice standard and they were very clean. -

Hotel is very good situated, only about 12 minutes of walk from the main market and 15 minutes of walk to get to Wawel castle. We got an apartment, and for two people it was perfect. It looks very new and its decorated in boutique style. Wi-Fi was also working OK and stuff had no problem to speak English.

Greg & Tom has the best staff ever. Friendly, helpful and always there for you with a big(and beautiful) smile. You have to pay for the breakfast, but it's very worthwhile. The included dinner was very nice too. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!

I arrived after a 27 hr coach trip from London. THe receptionist who handled my booking was Joanna, the boss herself. I was immediately made to feel at ease and completely welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for her to do. THe other girls on duty during the two days of my first visit (I an currently here again for another four nights) kept up the standards set by Pani Joanna. I thouroughly recommend this establishment.

Excellent hotel. 5/5. It is located just on the edge of the oldtown which is where you want to be. When you arrive at the airport get the train into Krakow (£2.50).
