  The lovely lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Provided us with an extra fan as it was a little warm in our room. The location is amazing for the price just off the main square. And on the south side so closer to the Jewish quarter, Castle etc. I recommend room 8 for a party of up to 5 and would stop here again if I visit Krakow agai... what people say » n - Staff we helpful, spoke great English.   Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely girl who was full of maps, suggestions & recommendations (a few of which we tried out & they didn't disappoint!). It was quite a few fl... what people say » ights up to the apartment (worth keeping in mind for anyone with difficulties in this area but they did have lower level apartments). The apartment it - The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms. Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you. Wonderful place. The apartment was simply incredible - tastefully designed mixing modern

From the coffee we got on arrival to the help they offered with directions etc. I should also say that one night at 11pm we called in and said we didn't need breakfast the following morning as we were leaving early, 10 minutes later they... what people say » brought a packed breakfast to our apartment. They could not have been more thoughtful. The location - less than 30 seconds walk to the main square, o - Fantastic location. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast excellent.   The apartment was central to all amenities and away from the busier squares but very close to the many squares,restaurants and markets. The view was superb and facilities were more than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised. Security was excellent, doors had double locks and each apartment had keys for the lift and the shared door (between 2 apart... what people say » ments) free safe and internet access- great!! - We loved staying in an apartment full of character and charm, rather than a modern hotel. We got quick helpful responses to a couple of emailed queries before our visit, and this was matched by the friendly welcome from the receptionist on our arrival. The apartment was well-kitted out, and very comfortable - the efficient 24 hour heating was especially welcome during our January stay!
