  Excellent location (5 min walk to market square). Staff were very welcoming and friendly and arranged to pick us up from the airport, they even booked our visit to auschwitz for the next morning providing transport and a tour guide. The staff is superb - their office is just nearby - 20 meters away. They are at the place upon your arrival and they give you two keys.   This was a perfect base for exploring Krakow. It is in an excellent location. Our room was clean and cheerful. Everything appeared newly refurbished. The common areas for eating and relaxing provided a place for interacting with other travelers from all around the globe. The staff was helpful and friendly.   The hotel was beautiful, the rooms spotless and so tastefully decorated. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade to the nicest suite, I'd mentioned is was my husbands birthday the day we arrived and they left a box of delicious polish chocs as a gift for him.
