  The location is good, near to the Old Town, main Railway Station and enormous shopping centre - Galeria Krakowska. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, stuff friendly.   Lovely, cosy apartment, perfect for a small family to stay in. A well stocked grocery store, a drugstore and a bakery are just downstairs. I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel.   All members of staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. I think the staff at the Conrad Hotel are an asset to the hotel. - the restaurant is nice the hotel is quite clean and comfortable
