  Our location was awesome. Loved the old furniture and funky "real city living' feeling of the place - even the funky staircase was cool, though if you've got problems with access be aware that there's no elevator. This wasnt "luxury" accommodations so don't expect room service, changing of sheets, that sort of thing... There's no shampoos provided but there's a shop just around the corner that is o - Accommodation was good and convenient. Attentive and friendly attitude of staff, reasonable price left nice impression and a desire to return another time. The room is clean, neat, including comfortable shower and hot water. The presence of the refrigerator and microwave oven, the possibility to make of tea or coffee were a nice addition during my stay. I recommend without hesitation to book hotel accommodations.

  Love Flamingo and missing it though lived there only 4 days. Everything was very good. And it's very convinient that it is located in the heart of the city. When i go to Krakow again i'll stay probably in F.   Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central.   Excellent location: the hostel is a few minutes on foot from Old town and 15 minutes on foot from bus/train station. The staff was friendly and kind. We arrived early and we were accepted. The breakfast was at 07:00. But the breakfast was prepared at 06:00, as we had to leave early. Our room was in the other building across the street. Nice simple place perhaps on the best spot of the city. Easy to get around, comfortable and doesn't get on your wallet too much. Nice basic breakfast and fast check in! Perfect for few days visit!

  Everything! The hostel and apartments were fantastic, really comfortable and well-furnished - full kitchen! Completely secure and safe and perfect for all types of trips!   Without a doubt the best hostel i've ever stayed. Excellent location just in the city center. Bathrooms and rooms cleaned multiple times per day. Delicious buffet breakfast and free dinner every evening. Bar & restaurant downstairs, but most important great staff that will be more than happy to help you 24/7. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!
