I liked it all. The staff is superb - their office is just nearby - 20 meters away. They are at the place upon your arrival and they give you two keys. Fantastic clean and new apartments. Nice kitchen and big luxurious bathroom. Big tv and comfortable beds. Like being at home! Easy to find and within 15 minutes walk to the old town and the train station. Lovely girl at reception checked us in and showed us all the things to see and do on the map and we could even use the printer in the reception. We could also use the washing machine in the room and the hotel provided free washing powder too.

Accommodation was good and convenient. Attentive and friendly attitude of staff, reasonable price left nice impression and a desire to return another time.
The room is clean, neat, including comfortable shower and hot water. The presence of the refrigerator and microwave oven, the possibility to make of tea or coffee were a nice addition during my stay. I recommend without hesitation to book hotel accommodations.

It was amazing value for money. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none. The staff were SO nice and the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice and will stay here again for sure.

The best thing was that it was so close to the main square. Can't get any closer if you don't actually live on the square. I stayed at the top flat on the right - 4 up I think it was. My room was great. With a slanting roof, big beems and really well done up. Small kitchen area and bathroom. Being a female staying on my own it was actually very okay that I had to open 3 locks to get to my room. Makes you feel quite safe - not that I have heard that it would be a problem in Krakow. The hotel is situated in an old, but greatly renovated, tenant house. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The ceiling was high, allowed for plenty of air to breathe. The mini bar was full, and breakfast varied and more than sufficient. The produce was fresh, bread from a bakery, not from a supermarket. Selection of teas for breakfast great, and coffee very tasty. We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.
